The current trend in apartment complex gates is toward increasingly large and extravagant designs. However, instead of oversized gates that lack meaningful integration, a design that organically connects and integrates with existing facilities can enhance resident satisfaction and allow for more rational construction, benefiting everyone involved. To achieve this, we consolidated the functions of traditional gates and entrances into a cohesive design, focusing on both functional and visual satisfaction. Additionally, we developed Signature Gates, Giant Gates, and General Gates to adapt to the varying conditions of different complexes.

현재 공동주택의 문주는 경쟁적으로 점점 거대하고 화려해지는 추세입니다. 아파트 단지의 얼굴이자 입주민들의 자존심을 표현하는 문주가 의미 없이 커지는 대신, 기존 시설과 유기적으로 통합‧연계된다면 입주민의 만족과 합리적인 시공을 통해 모두가 만족할 수 있는 디자인이 될 것입니다. 이러한 명분을 만족하기 위해 기존 문주와 출입구의 기능들을 모아 디자인하여 기능적이고 시각적인 만족에 중점을 두었습니다. 또한, 시그니처 게이트, 자이언트 게이트, 제너럴 게이트를 개발하여 각기 다른 단지의 조건에 대응할 수 있도록 디자인했습니다. 에피트게이트는 기본적으로 단단한 석재 마감 구조물 내부에 세련되고 고급스러운 금속 마감으로 이루어져 있으며, 와이드하고 압도적인 상부 구조물은 단지의 고급감을 나타냅니다. 구조물 하부에 수직과 수평으로 설치된 라인 조명은 첨단의 이미지를 표현며, 단지 전체에 반영된 코너부의 곡선은 경직될 수 있는 디자인의 긴장감을 풀어줍니다. 시그니쳐 게이트의 경우, 문주에서 확장된 키즈스테이션과 경비실이 하나의 매스로 연결되어 다양한 기능을 가진 연계형 문주로서의 특성을 가집니다. 자이언트 게이트는 근린생활시설과 문주가 결합된 형태로 디자인했으며 근린생활시설 사이의 오픈 스페이스를 구성하여 복합적인 기능을 가진 하나의 건축물로 연출했습니다.
