PARK OASIS is a community space within the Jamsil Raemian IPARK residential complex located beside Olympic Park, offering a moment of calm within the city. Two concentric circles form an organic spatial structure that expands and contracts along natural movement, creating varied experiences of openness and enclosure. Some areas extend beyond the core, blending into the landscape and inviting longer stays. The roof, inspired by a modern reinterpretation of a gabled form, rises gradually and shapes depth through changing light and shadow. A central water feature and connecting bridge transform circulation into a sensory journey.

PARK OASIS는 잠실 올림픽공원 평화의 문과 맞닿은 잠실 래미안 아이파크 단지 내 커뮤니티 시설로, 도심 속 자연과 일상이 유기적으로 교차하는 장소이다. 두 개의 동심원을 중심으로 구성된 공간은 단순한 원형 구성을 넘어, 흐름에 따라 좁아졌다가 다시 확장되는 리듬을 통해 공간의 밀도와 개방감을 다층적으로 경험하게 한다. 일부 영역은 중심축에서 벗어나 자연 속으로 스며들 듯 확장되며, 머무름을 유도하는 휴식의 장면을 형성한다. 박공 지붕을 현대적으로 재해석한 입체적 볼륨은 점진적으로 상승하는 처마선을 따라 빛과 그림자의 깊이를 만들어내고, 중심의 수공간과 이를 가로지르는 브릿지는 단순한 이동을 넘어 감각적인 공간 여정을 완성한다.
