English The designer tried to break through the almost weak market environment related to many current building sales centers in China in the project, with “sensation innovation” as the theme. The designer utilized the nature of metal materials and arc outline shape, then introduced Italian brand animal-shape decorations to forge a hard-soft space, so as to convey the softness and fineness to customers. Different lights were introduced to be poured into the space to bring about sense of freshness and natural brightness, warmth of home, luxury of the times, etc., providing the customers with fresh and special experience of seeing houses for ever.
Native 目前而言,中国大陆较多售楼中心设计几近疲态,本案设计师努力打破此局势,让高端尊贵的客户感受新鲜、新潮的看房体验。 于是,发展商配合设计建议在33层(约130米高度)高空标准户型内改造成一座临时售楼中心,为了使整个空间显得刚柔并重,将柔软与细腻传递给客户,设计师以“感官创新”为本案的设计理念。 1、古往今(金)来,坚不可摧 利用金属刚劲有力的特性及不同色彩所展现的魅力,古铜色的墙面不失古典韵味,青铜色的天花展现现代的至臻至简,利用材质的特性保留着这座城市的蓬勃朝气以及人们对生活品质的热烈追求,同时又能接承不断自我更新的城市精神。 2、日新月异,遨游天际 拒绝单一的横平竖直,金属带来的流光溢彩,独特的圆弧轮廓,造就触手可及的天际,引领客户犹如置身于外太空中的高端体验感。 3、高端奢华,别具一格 在软装陈列上应用意大利的品牌动物饰品,增添人性化和亲切感,带给参观的客户一种特别的看房体验。 4、瞬息万变,光的魔术 白天阳光的注入,使整个空间透着清新自然的氛围,开阔明亮之感;黑夜交织着柔和的灯光,给参观的人一种家的温暖。无论四时,永远生机勃发。不论何时,永远耐人寻味。
