The wine shop is a must visit stop when visiting Canaan Winery. Compared with "being practical", "aesthetic feeling" is more important. Through the wine shop, fine wines are displayed and enjoyed in a wonderful atmosphere. The space is dominated by elegance and delicate wood tones, and the wine lamps hanging on top combine into a flowing and undulating shapes like overlapping mountains, reflecting the thick soil of Huailai region. The top surface is made of corrugated metal, echoing with the wine lamp, diffusing a sense of sparkling light, with a general floating beauty of water.

葡萄酒展厅是所有到访宾客参观迦南酒业时绝不可错过的一站，除了在展厅能营造具视觉感的呈现效果，还保证了大量的储藏收纳空间，并且预留未来使用上的弹性。因此我们在设计上不仅侧重于内容的把握，同时兼顾功能布局，在有限的空间中达成最理想的综合成果。
相对“实用”而言，“美感”更加重要，透过展厅空间将葡萄酒最优美的姿态展现出来，体现出享受佳酿场景的氛围感。整体以优雅精致的木质调为主，悬于顶面的葡萄酒灯，组合成流动起伏的造型，如同层峦叠嶂一般，正是怀来产区这片厚土的映照。顶面采用波纹金属，与葡萄酒灯的呼应，漫射出波光粼粼的光感，有着水面一般浮动溢彩的美。
整个空间中最大的视觉亮点，同时也是设计团队给自己设下的难点，就属天花板上那彷若璀璨银河，为迦南酒业设计并特别订制的葡萄酒杯灯具，前期的灯具设计与打样就耗费团队几个月的时间，靠著对于专业的坚持，我们终于让造访迦南酒业的人们都能享受这独具特色的点点星光。
