English	We tried best to enhance the richness of space functions and the material matching, to fully reflect the personal experiences and temperament of the homeowner, identifying the appropriate scenario and formality required by each function space. Through the design of flexible transforming functions, the diversity and utilization potentials of spaces would be enhanced. In addition, through the design of invisible functions, the space would be more interesting, mysterious and full of ritualism, which echoes the homeowner’s personalities and characteristics of humor, low-key but realistic perfectionism.
Native	业主需求： 1.整体的设计：包括色块，硬软装符合屋主的性格以及生活习惯，使其个性化得以具象化呈现，进来家里就知道这个房子的每个细节和设计，都刻着业主的名字。 2.空间结构上，动线的灵动要打破原来的边框。让房间的每个角落都有功能和设计上的惊喜和巧思。 3.感官情绪上：回到家像回到酒店一样舒适，智能和放松。功能原则上，需满足个人未来5年生活的功能需求，要求房间结构功能的可变性。由此我们得出结论：在设计整体的处理上我们保证大的风格效果没有强烈的对比同时又不会过分的强调风格及形式上的统一，尽可能的增加空间功能及材质搭配上的丰富度，充分体现屋主的经历和气质，找到每个功能空间本身所需的对应场景和形态。同时通过灵活变形功能的设计增加空间的多样化使用可能性，再通过隐藏式功能设计增加空间的趣味性、神秘感及仪式感，恰好正如屋主的幽默，低调却又现实完美主义的个人性格特征。一是关于平面空间的处理: 3.通过两个巡回动线将整个内部功能空间紧密高效的连接起来，让人能够顺畅自如的穿梭于空间之中； 4.功能的重新布局使得空间得以最大化的利用避免以后出现被 “冷宫”的空间。二是关于立体空间的处理: 通过统一材质块面在视觉上重新划分空间的构成关系，打破原有的结构限制与琐碎支离的独立空间感，最大限度的提升空间的尺度感，尽可能的做到尽收眼底、一览无余。
