English	The Kiosk has become another discrimination against the visually-impaired. Wingk suggests a solution. This will identify the location of the store and ask you whether to run the app, and then tell you the location of a kiosk. We developed physical buttons. The power button is a voice-search button, the volume button will operate like a Tab key. So it will read the button you choose, you can press the button twice to activate.kiosks can invert colors and have grayscale mode so that people with low vision and color-blind people can see the image easily. you can make your payment.The app will notify your order number and pick-up notification.
Native	코로나19이후, 키오스크가 식당에서 빠르게 확산되고 있습니다. 하지만 시각장애인들에게는 또 다른 차별이 되고 있습니다. 음성지원이 되는 키오스크가 많지 않아 이용이 불편하고, 특히 다수의 키오스크는 터치패드 형태여서 시각장애인들은 벽을 터치하는 것 같다고 말합니다. 윙크 앱은 앞서 말한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안을 제시합니다. 첫 번째로 가상 비콘 기술입니다. 이 기술을 통해 매장 위치를 파악해 앱 실행 여부를 묻고 키오스크 위치를 음성으로 알려줍니다. 또한 키오스크를 터치하지 않고 스마트폰으로 작동할 수 있습니다. 두 번째로 터치를 최소화했습니다. 대신 시각장애인들이 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 물리버튼을 활용했습니다. 전원 버튼은 음성검색, 볼륨 버튼은 컴퓨터의 Tab 키와 같은 역할을 하여 선택한 버튼의 내용을 음성으로 읽어주고 두 번 누르면 실행합니다. 세번째, 저시력, 색맹 사용자들이 이미지를 쉽게 확인할 수 있도록 키오스크 내용을 색상 반전, 흑백 모드로 설정해서 볼 수 있게 했습니다. 네번째, 앱에 등록된 카드로 결제할 수 있고, 주문번호와 음식 수령 알림을 진동과 음성으로 안내해 줍니다. 이 앱은 휠체어를 탄 분들도 사용할 수 있습니다.
