English	Each company has a welcome kit for new employees. By the way, wouldn't it be the first time for someone to be a team leader, just as it is for new employees? NCSOFT has two types of leader kits that help communicate with team members and support the growth of leaders. The first “Team Time Kit” is a kit that helps first-time leaders communicate with their team members. The team time kit consists of coupons for late work or early work, a hourglass to help adjust the meeting time, and a tea bag set for tea time. The second "My Playlist Kit" is designed to be useful when leaders spend their own time after finishing their hard work.
Native	회사마다 신입사원에게 주는 웰컴키트 라는 것이 있다. 그런데, 신입 사원들에게 회사가 처음인 것 처럼, 누군가에게는 팀장이 되는 것도 처음이다. 엔씨에는 팀원과의 자연스러운 소통을 돕고, 리더의 성장을 응원하는 팀 리더 키트 2종이 있다. 신임 팀장에게 주어지는 ‘TEAM TIME KIT’는 처음 리더가 된 팀장들이 팀원들과 어떻게 소통하면 좋을 지 방향을 알려주는 가이드의 역할을 한다. 구성품으로는 티 타임을 가질 수 있는 티백세트, 효율적인 회의시간을 위한 모래시계, 팀원들이 사용할 수 있는 랜덤 쿠폰, 명함지갑, 리더십 도서가 포함되어 있다. 명함지갑은 엔씨소프트의 오프라인 행사 “TL Day”에서 사용된 현수막을 리사이클링 하였다. 현수막을 재사용하여 제작하였기에 똑같은 디자인이 없어, 유니크한 나만의 지갑을 가질 수 있다. ‘MY PLAYLIST KIT’는 리더들이 힘든 일과를 끝내고 자신만의 시간을 보낼 때 유용하도록 구성되어 있다. 차분한 무드를 만들어주는 미니 조명과 와인잔, 교육과정을 리마인드 할 수 있는 리플렛과 뱃지, 스티커팩으로 구성되어 있다. 컨셉에 맞추어 패키지 또한 음반 컨셉으로 디자인하였다. 퇴근 후 지친 마음을 위로해주는 나만의 플레이리스트처럼 키트를 열어보며 하루를 마무리하는 경험을 주고자 했다.
