Dual flush valves are often found in public bathrooms across water-scarce India, but their archetypical design does not intuitively encourage users to use the water-saving preset flush, leading to water wastage. The Concept ARC completely redesigns the dual flush valve, placing the preset flush as a protruding pillow button in the middle, with the open flow button integrated with the body. This design creates a visual hierarchy that guides user interaction towards the preset button, driving sustainable flushing in high-traffic public bathrooms - a testament to American Standard’s commitment to raising standards even in commercial spaces.
