English	The initial concept was the item for people who have difficulty expressing their own emotions. While thinking about people who are embarrassed to express even the most basic emotions, such as “thank you” or “I love you,” we focused on the keyword “small sounds.” Sign language is a message that allows us to say what we cannot say and to see instead of hear. We planned this item from the question, “What if I could convey messages with visual movements instead of sounds?” So, we produced goods that considers people who have difficulties about expressing emotions and those who have hearing-impaired people around them.
Native	오세이프는 커뮤니케이션 디자인을 통해 사람과 사람의 관계를 개선하기 위한 디자인을 개발하고 있습니다. 수어뱃지 구상 초기에는 스스로의 감정을 표현하기 어려워 하는 사람을 위한 아이템으로 시작되었습니다. 가장 기초적인 감정 표현 조차 쑥스러워 하는 사람들을 위해 접근 난이도가 낮고 누구든지 사용할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 아이템을 생각하던 중, ‘작은 소리' 라는 키워드에 집중하게 되었습니다. ‘나의 메시지를 소리 대신 시각적인 움직임으로 전달 할 수 있다면?’ 이라는 질문에서 본 커뮤니케이션 아이템을 기획하게 되었고, 소통의 기능을 수행할 수 있는 기획으로 발전했습니다. 결론적으로 감정표현의 고민에서 시작하여 청각 장애인을 곁에 둔 사람들까지 고려할 수 있는 굿즈 제작에 착수할 수 있었습니다. 청각장애인과 비청각장애과의 인식개선을 위해 개발된 수어뱃지는 좀 더 넓은 의미로 발전되어 평소 하기 힘든 말을 대신하는 커뮤니케이션 툴이 되었습니다. 우리 일상생활에서 꼭 필요한 고마운 마음, 안녕을 바라는 마음 등 꼭 해야하는 말을 소중한 사람에게 전달하는 기회를 만들고 가치를 부여하고 있습니다. 사랑합니다, 안녕하세요, 힘냅시다!(열심히) 총 네 종류의 뱃지가 만들어졌으며 더 많은 감정표현 제작과, 일본, 미국등 국가별로 다른 수어까지 확장시킬 예정입니다.
