English	This is an exhibition space designed to evoke the living memories of traditional Beijing Siheyuan. The design integrates the relationship between people and space, walking experiences, and emotional rhythms into a cohesive narrative, creating a contemporary exhibition environment enriched with traditional cultural significance. The "textures" and "scale" define the essence of modern spaces. The walls are crafted using various types of handmade Xuan papers, allowing precise control over texture and scale. As visitors move through the exhibition, the wall interacts with light and shadows, creating a dynamic visual and emotional experience.
Native	《宣纸·院》是为追溯挖掘传统北平四合院的生活记忆而创作的展览空间。通过灵活的空间营造手法，简化提炼胡同巷道的内在空间逻辑，将人与空间的关系、人的行走体验以及特有的情感节奏融入展厅叙事，构筑了一个融合传统人文质感的现代观展环境。 “质感”和“尺度”是现代空间的核心。宣纸作为中国传统文人绘画材料有着很丰富的质感和多样的魅力，有光洁如丝的、有亲切如棉的还有粗燥如土壁的。“宣纸墙”便是通过精心的挑选，统筹各种中国传统手工宣纸种类及规格制成，有“楮皮纸”、“雁皮纸”、“桑皮纸”、“三桠皮纸”、“枸皮纸”等等原料工艺皆各异的宣纸，以及“四尺对开”、“四尺三开”、“镜心小品”等繁杂的尺幅比例规格，从而精确地控制了空间的质感与尺度。使得观者在展览空间中行走时，“宣纸墙”映着动态的人影和光影，透与不透，似与不似，增强了空间视觉和情感的互动性。 “宣纸墙”不仅是对中国传统文人书房的回忆，也是对当下社会的一种“知觉式”提示，所营造的空间体验，是熟悉且久违的温暖，仿佛回到了那个朴素的充满人情味道和人文味道的时代。 我们所做的并非设计，而是昨日重现罢了，往事悠悠，其实可以回味……
