While perfectionism may appear self-destructive and obsessive, when effectively harnessed, it can become a positive force in life. Relief Lab categorizes perfectionism into seven types and provides tailored solutions to help individuals utilize it in the best possible way. It also offers strategies for leveraging five key elements. ' Openness, boldness, circulation, resilience, and flexibility.' Through this, Relief Lab provides personalized solutions to perfectionists, helping them leverage their strengths and overcome their weaknesses.
Native	완벽주의는 해결해야 하는 현대인의 증후군일까요? 통상적인 완벽주의자들에 대한 이미지는 자기파괴와 강박적이고 불행할 것이라는 프레임에 휩싸여 있습니다. 그러나 완벽주의도 잘 활용하면 삶의 긍정적인 요소로 활용할 수 있습니다. Relief Lab은 완벽주의를 삶에 이로운 방향으로 활용 가능하도록 긍정적인 변화를 돕는 상담 연구 센터 브랜드입니다. 포괄적인 완벽주의 유형을 총 7가지로 정의 및 분류하고, 각 유형에 맞는 솔루션을 제안합니다. 완벽주의를 삶에서 최적으로 활용하기 위해 ' 개방성, 대담함, 순환성, 회복탄력성, 유연함 ' 의 총 5가지의 요소를 활용하는 방법을 제시합니다. 또한 이를 토대로 완벽주의자들이 각자의 강점은 활용하고, 단점은 극복할 수 있도록 합니다. 완벽주의자들은 Relief Lab에서 제공하는 검사와 상담을 통해 5가지의 요소들을 얼마나 활용하고 있는지 체크한 후, 개개인에 맞는 행동 지침을 받아들여 삶을 개선시켜 나갈 수 있습니다.
