Sea Cleaner can solve this problem efficiently. Sea Cleaner is a new type of vessel that has been specially designed. It can collect and separate oil and water in time, store and reuse the leaked oil. When the leaked oil on the sea is found, the mechanical arms on both sides of the ship will extend to the maximum extent and the mixture the mixture of oil and water will be collected. The oil-water mixture collected by the mechanical arms will enter into the ship body for centrifugal separation. The separated oil will be stored in a fixed space. Diesel oil that is fractionated from oil can be used as fuel for ships.

随着国际航运市场的蓬勃发展，大面积的燃油泄漏事故也时有发生。在面对大型海面油污严重污染海洋生态的问题时，通常会使用充气围栏将油污围绕起来，随后会使用燃烧法或是喷洒药剂的方法清除油污，可是却会造成海水的二次污染，并没有使海洋得到显著改善，海上清洁者很好的解决了这一问题。海上清洁者是一艘经过特殊设计的可以对油污进行及时收集、油水分离、燃油储存、并且再利用的新型油污船只。当发现海面油污时，海上清洁者会最大范围的展开位于船两侧的机械臂展开始对海面油水混合物进行收集。被机械臂收集的油水混合物进入到船体内进行离心分离。被分离的原油储存在固定的空间，分离的海水将会排出船体。当海上清洁者收集、过滤、分离了大量油污后，可以从漏油区域快速驶离返航。到达指定的码头后，停靠下来将收集分离的原油通过管道输出到入到固定的存储设备中。原油排出后，该船只重新回到漏油区域进行再次的油水分离作业，直至漏油区域彻底得到净化。工作时，可以多条海上清洁者协作进行，加快油污清理的速度和进程。再将原油中的柴油分馏出去再供给船作为燃料。这种二次循环的回收再利用方式会大大减少对海洋造成的二次污染，保护生态环境。
