In the construction work, landslide accidents occurred, and asphyxia became the leading cause of death. By combining with the sensor, the “Emergency Protection Helmet” can quickly eject the protective mask and transmit distress signals and position information when the danger suddenly occurs. It has improved the survival rate of workers in accidents and reduced the difficulty of rescue.

在煤矿等地下施工作业中,塌方事故时有发生,不少人丧命其中,而研究发现,塌方事故中最主要的致死原因是窒息。在塌方的土壤缝隙中,是有少量空气的,如果被困人员还没有被泥沙堵住口鼻,那就可以进行一段时间的呼吸,焦急地等待救援;一旦泥沙进入口鼻,那工人的生命将会受到严重威胁。通过这一信息,我们设计了“紧急保护安全帽”。在工作状态下,“紧急保护安全帽”通过与传感器相结合,检测到有塌方的前兆,弹射装置就会立即启动,迅速弹射出防粉尘保护面罩,避免泥沙进入口鼻导致窒息,同时传感器还会发射求救信号及位置信息,可以让救援人员获得更多相关信息,方便救援。这款安全帽提升了工人在事故中的生存率,减轻了救援难度,让工人的生命有了保障。
