English	Wello is a social robot designed to help children feel at ease in hospitals by addressing their emotional needs. It uses role-playing and interactive guidance to explain medical procedures in a fun, comforting way, easing fear and building emotional connections. Wello provides hugs, guides children through the hospital, and turns the experience into a fun exploration, reducing anxiety and encouraging cooperation. By fostering attachment and reducing fear, Wello enhances the child’s hospital experience, supports smoother medical procedures, and positively impacts their emotional well-being while indirectly aiding medical staff.
Native	'웰로'는 치료에 대한 두려움을 완화하여 어린이들이 병원에서 더 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 설계된 소셜 로봇입니다. 웰로는 치료 롤플레잉과 대화형 안내를 통해 어린이들과 정서적인 관계를 형성하여 낯선 병원 환경에 적응할 수 있도록 돕습니다. 긴장한 어린이들과 포옹하고 상호작용하며, 위협적이지 않은 재미있는 방식으로 의료 절차를 설명하고 흥미로운 방식으로 길을 안내함으로써 편안함을 제공합니다. 이 로봇은 의료진을 돕는 것뿐만 아니라 아이의 정서적 요구에 초점을 맞춥니다. 웰로는 친근하고 친숙한 존재감을 제공함으로써 불안감을 줄이고 치료 과정을 이해하도록 도와 아이들이 더 협조적으로 행동할 수 있도록 도와줍니다. 또한 병원을 안내하여 스트레스 상황이 아닌 재미있는 탐험으로 전환합니다. 예상되는 결과는 웰로가 애착을 키우고 두려움을 줄임으로써 아이의 병원 경험을 개선할 뿐만 아니라 원활한 치료 절차를 지원한다는 것입니다. 그 결과, 아이들을 더 편안하게 만들어 의료진에게 간접적으로 도움이 되어 궁극적으로 더 빠르고 스트레스를 덜 받는 치료법으로 이어지고 아이의 정서적 안녕에 긍정적인 영향을 미칩니다.
