We designed the artistic façade with the motif of layers of light reflected in the Han River where the project is located, such as art works that do not change even after a long time. The horizontal molding installed to implement the curved line is made of metal because the length of the molding gradually varies by Floors. The open balcony and vertical molding of the rear part of the building is made of metallic paint(RAEMIAN Bronze) above the concrete frame. Public space design is an extension of the design language of the façade of the building, showing an integrated design.

오랜 시간이 지나도 변하지 않는 타임리스 다지인의 예술 작품을 지향하며 프로젝트가 위치한 서울 서초구 반포의 한강 변에 반사되는 빛의 레이어을 모티브로 주동 건축 입면을 디자인 했습니다. 곡선을 구현하기 위해 설치한 수평 루버는 층에 따라 형태와 길이가 점차 달라지기 때문에 금속 판넬로 제작했습니다. 주동 배면의 개방형 발코니와 수직 루버는 콘크리트 프레임 위에 금속 페인트(래미안 브론즈)로 구현했습니다. 공용 공간 디자인은 건물의 파사드의 디자인 언어의 연장선 상으로 유려한 볼륨감을 품고 통합된 아이코닉한 디자인을 선보이고 있습니다.
