VIVARIUM transforms a confined 4th-floor podium in a high-density residential complex into an ecological landscape offering deep nature and rich sensory experiences. Key concepts are 'expanded scenery' and 'sensory resonance'. A wavy steel water wall reflects sunlight, sky, and greenery, visually expanding the narrow space. Sixteen mirrored walls superimpose natural landscapes, creating a sense of spaciousness. Diffused sunlight provides warmth even in winter. Flowing water, mist, and light reflections stimulate the senses. Eco-friendly plantings like arborvitae absorb 1.3 tons of CO₂ annually.

VIVARIUM은 도시 고밀도 주거단지 4층 포디움을 자연의 깊이와 감각이 풍부한 생태 조경 공간으로 혁신합니다. '확장된 풍경'과 '감각의 울림'이 핵심 개념입니다. 물결무늬 스틸 벽천은 햇빛, 하늘, 식재를 반사해 좁은 공간을 시각적으로 확장합니다. 미러 마감 16개 벽은 자연경관을 중첩시켜 실제보다 넓은 정원의 개방감을 줍니다. 난반사된 햇빛은 겨울에도 따뜻한 자연광을 제공합니다. 흐르는 물소리, 미스트, 빛의 반사는 오감을 자극합니다. 측백나무 등 친환경 식재는 연간 1.3톤의 CO₂를 흡수하며 친환경 공간을 만듭니다. VIVARIUM은 도시 한정 공간에서도 자연 가치를 극대화하고 지속가능한 디자인을 구현, 고밀도 주거단지의 새로운 외부 공간 모델을 제시합니다
