English	I. Project Overview:Shanghai's 18th-floor North Bund tower blends art, social interaction, Lujiazui views. II. Concept a. Art Hall:Inspired by linear art sculptures, angular lines define spaces, embodying structural art aesthetics. The southwest area has a 12-meter triple-height open space with a mirrored stainless-steel ceiling and evening LED illumination. b. Sky Café:Inspired by polyhedral sculptures, the space divides with volumes, creating a relaxed, social atmosphere. c. Shared Office:Various meeting rooms with ultra-clear glass and minimalistic frames promote multifunctional use, efficiency, and a shared aesthetic conference space.
Native	一、项目概况及定位 这是一个办公室公共空间设计。项目位于上海北外滩，隔江与陆家嘴金融贸易区相望。该空间不只是办公场所，考虑地标性，打造艺术、社交结合的共享空间，因此我们设有共享会议室、咖啡吧与艺术大厅等功能空间，使其成为城市风貌名片之一。 二、设计理念 a.艺术大堂 项目位于塔楼18层，高楼层造就极佳视野。以折线艺术雕塑为设计灵感，结合建筑的设计语言，折线将空间大面切割，同时将一些如“空调风口”等功能设施巧妙隐藏，空间整体展现“峡谷”般丰富的质感和细腻层次，演绎极具结构美学的现代艺术空间。 项目西南侧空间三层挑空，高度达12米，通过镜面不锈钢吊顶将空间无限延伸，结合主灯光纤艺术装置，强化空间艺术性，靠内墙一侧的大幅度LED屏，夜晚散发出柔和的灯光，打造地标性艺术橱窗。 b.空中咖啡馆 室内空间利用体块与线面形态进行划分。不规则多面体的运用，使雕塑的概念在空间中延续。除基本的办公功能之外，洽谈区以一组Poliform皮质沙发为中心，点缀如艺术雕塑般的家具，营造超现代科幻感。休闲、开放式水吧，使鲜活自由的社交气息得以植入，人与空间、以及人与人的关系变得更紧密而有趣。 c.共享办公 空间内零星分散了小型会议、组合会议、视频会议等不同等级的会议室及会议系统。大面积超白玻璃代替厚重墙体，轻薄的线条边框隐匿其中，会议室的物理分区体量被减至最小，实现空间不同功能的转换，提高了空间的利用率和适变性，打造多元共享并兼具美学的会议空间。
