Hyundai Engineering aims to convey that an apartment is not just a living space, but a place that creates precious moments in life. To achieve this, we use postcard bookmarks and coloring designs to communicate in a human and approachable way. The illustrations capture everyday moments, like family walks and spring weekends with a personal touch. This approach encourages emotional connection and allows customers to reinterpret the space filling in apartment scenes with own color and personal messages on bookmarks. We show that the apartment is more than just a building—it completes the meaning of life.

현대엔지니어링은 아파트를 단순한 거주지가 아닌, 삶의 소중한 순간들을 만들어가는 공간으로서의 가치를 전달하고자 합니다. 이를 위해 기술적 접근을 넘어, 아파트를 인간적이고 친근한 방식으로 표현한 엽서형 책갈피와 컬러링 도안을 통해 고객과 소통하고, 아파트에서의 일상적인 순간들을 감성적으로 전달하는 것을 목표로 했습니다. 일러스트는 가족이 함께 산책하는 저녁 시간, 봄날의 따뜻한 주말 등의 아파트 내 일상적인 풍경을 그리며, 단지 내 공용 공간과 조경 시설물 등 정교한 기술적 요소를 감성적인 느낌으로 풀어내기 위해 2D 지도 형태의 일러스트를 사용했습니다. 엽서형 책갈피는 고객이 메시지를 담을 수 있는 형태로 디자인되었으며, 컬러링 도안은 고객이 아파트 풍경을 개인적인 색으로 채워넣을 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 이를 통해 고객은 아파트를 자신만의 방식으로 해석하고, 소장 가능한 굿즈로서 아파트와의 정서적 연결을 강화할 수 있습니다. 이 디자인은 아파트가 단순한 건축물이 아니라 삶의 의미를 완성하는 공간이라는 메시지를 전달하고자 했습니다. 또한, 고객과의 감성적 소통을 통해 건설사의 경직된 이미지를 친근하고 긍정적인 이미지로 변화시키는 목표를 가지고 있습니다.
