A frying pan-like item made of woven stainless steel mesh for use over direct flame. The fine mesh makes it possible to cook noodles and rice over an open flame, which was not possible with a mesh. Furthermore, unlike an iron plate, the flame is not blocked, so the aroma of wood and the fragrance of the open flame can be enjoyed. In addition, excess fat is removed, making the food very healthy. Compared to a mesh, the mesh is easier to clean and can be scrubbed with a scrubber to remove surface dirt and burnt residue. The mesh is replaceable, so even if the mesh is torn after prolonged use, the main unit can be used repeatedly.

ステンレスを編み込んだメッシュで役直火専用のフライパン的アイテム。シーンによって大と小の２種類が選べる。目の細かなメッシュを使う事で、網では不可能だった麺類やお米なども直火で調理することが可能。更に鉄板と違い、炎を遮ることはないので、薪の香りや直火の香ばしさを楽しめる。また、余分な脂は落ちるので、料理が非常にヘルシーな仕上がりになることも特徴。網に比べて手入れがしやすく、表面をたわしなどでこするだけで表面の汚れや焦げ付きを落とすことができる。錆に強いステンレスSUS304を使用したフレームと同素材メッシュを使用しており長く使う事が出来る。ハンドル部分は木材を使用しており手に馴染むものになっている。メッシュは交換式のであるため、長期間の使用でメッシュが破れても本体を繰り返し使う事が出来る。
