English	Unexpected situations where cars suddenly appear or children run out, and excessive information, make it difficult to get appropriate wayfinding in parking lots of apartments. ‘Here&Somewhere’ is HYUNDAI E&C’s new visual communication system, which combines universal design and a way-finding system, for residents’ safe and sustainable lives. The highly readable UD font, pictograms that can be understood even without knowing the language, and colors and safety signs based on the information hierarchy that is easily recognized from the perspective of colorblindness, deliver intuitive information without discrimination to all members of society.
Native	아파트지하주차장은 반복된 기둥과 어두운 공간으로 인해 갑자기 차가 나타나거나 어린이가 뛰어나오는 예기치 못한 상황에 대응이 어렵다. 뿐만 아니라 준공 단계에 인허가 청의 요구를 수용 함에 따라 한 기둥에 과도한 정보가 표기되거나 장애인만을 위한 디자인이 되어, 위험상황 발생시 적절한 정보를 얻고 길을 찾기가 어렵다. ‘히어엔썸웨어’는 유니버설디자인과 웨이파인딩시스템을 결합한 것으로, 모든 입주민들에게 차별 없고 직관적인 정보전달을 통해 안전하고 지속 가능한 삶을 제공하는 현대건설의 새로운 비쥬얼커뮤니케이션시스템이다. 유니버설디자인 이론에 기반한 판독성 높은 유니버설디자인 폰트, 언어를 몰라도 이해할 수 있는 픽토그램, 색약자들의 시각에서도 쉽게 인지되는 정보의 위계에 따른 컬러 및 안전사인 등은, 모든 사회구성원들에게 차별 없는 정보를 전달한다. 또한, 네온컬러는 삭막한 주차장의 분위기를 환기시키고, 시각적 주목성을 부여해 입주민의 행동을 유도 하는 직관적인 길 찾기 도구가 된다. 주행구간과 교차로구간의 명도 차이는 공간감을 형성해 위급 상황에 대응 함은 물론, 방향안내사인물과 결합하여 심미성과 실용성 모두 충족했다. 현대건설은 일상을 살아가는 입주민들이 느낄 수 있는 불편을 디자이너의 세심한 배려를 통해 개선할 수 있음을 보여주었다.
