Five distinct spaces—CON-T's interactive media art, D-AN's flexible workspace, J-AN's cultural hub, N-AK's music lounge, and GYEOL's wellness area—create a vibrant ecosystem. The project pioneers smart living through IoT integration, embedding sustainability through energy-efficient systems and community programs. Located near Han River Park, it seamlessly integrates with the urban fabric, enabling residents to "MAKE YOUR OWN EPISODE."

IoT로 스마트 리빙을 구현하며, 에너지 효율 시스템과 커뮤니티 프로그램으로 지속가능성을 실현합니다. 한강과 남산을 마주한 곳에서 도시와 자연스럽게 어우러지며, 주민들은 '자신만의 에피소드'를 만들어갑니다.
