The main building design blends bold innovation and flexibility, balancing HL Group's core values of growth and frontier spirit with the legacy of its previous brands. Vertical and horizontal patterns, combined with vibrant colors, push the boundaries of conventional apartment design, creating a luxurious and desirable aesthetic. Low-rise stone finishes and color harmony adapt to various conditions, while the structured side design ensures a cohesive tone throughout the complex. The goal is to establish a visually distinct new brand identity for consumers.

주동 디자인을 위해 오랫동안 유지되어온 기존 브랜드 이미지를 계승할지, 아니면 확연히 다른 디자인을 시도할지 많은 고민이 있었습니다. HL그룹이 추구하는 성장 및 프런티어 가치를 기본 디자인 컨셉으로 정하고, 과감한 도전을 신규 브랜드 주동 디자인에 반영하기로 했습니다. 색상과 패턴의 변화 등 완전한 변화를 추구하면서도, 오랜 시간 이어온 기존 브랜드의 유연함을 포인트로 디자인했습니다.
공동주택 외관 디자인의 한계를 벗어나기 위해 강렬한 색상을 사용하여 장방형의 건물을 분절하고, 수직과 수평 패턴을 개발하여 조합함으로써 누구나 살고 싶은 고급스러움을 표현하고자 노력했습니다. 주동 하부 석재와 색상의 조화를 통해 다양한 단지 조건에 대응할 수 있도록 했으며, 명확한 계층 구조를 가진 측벽 계획과 단지 시설물과의 조화를 통해 전체 단지의 톤 앤 매너를 유지했습니다. 이를 통해 소비자에게 신규 브랜드를 시각적으로 각인시키는 데 중점을 두었습니다.
