Beyond its modern aesthetic and warm red accents, this design fundamentally creates an immersive brand experience space. By incorporating technical leather and engineered wood veneer—materials central to LEAR's automotive products—as primary finishes, we've translated the company's product excellence and sustainability commitment directly into the architectural environment. This approach makes the R&D center a physical manifestation of LEAR's identity: authentically rooted in the brand while driving innovation forward.

本次设计不仅在外观上遵循“现代风格”与“暖色调红色系列”，更深层次地，设计致力于打造一个“可感知的品牌体验空间”。通过采用企业汽车产品中使用的科技皮革与仿真木皮作为核心装饰材料，将李尔的产品灵魂、环保承诺与可持续发展理念直接转化为空间语言，使研发中心成为一个真正“源于品牌，忠于创新”的物理载体。“科技暖感 · 现代活力“作为空间主题，以现代风格为基底，注入企业logo红色系列作为点睛之笔，通过色彩的巧妙运用，打破科技公司空间常见的“冷峻”印象，营造出激励人心、充满活力的创新氛围，共同塑造一个兼具理性科技感与感性创造力的研发空间。走廊动线摒弃传统的直线型，设计辐射状的流动路径，在动线交汇处及区域过渡带，刻意设置非正式交流点，休闲吧台、软座组合、logo创意墙，鼓励员工在移动中不期而遇，增加随机交流和知识分享的机会，从而激发创新火花。
