This project is a public communication design initiative
developed for the National Human Rights Commission of Korea
to increase awareness of the Military Human Rights Ombudsman system.
Military human rights were redefined
not as abstract regulations,
but as everyday situations and choices faced by soldiers.
A unified visual system was applied across
webtoons, case-based content, videos,
and participatory campaigns.
Real cases were continuously collected
and transformed into reusable content,
ensuring both quality and sustainability
while building a lasting culture of human rights
within military life.

본 프로젝트는 국가인권위원회 군인권보호관 제도의 인지도를 높이고,
군 복무 환경 속에서 인권이 실제로 작동하도록 돕기 위한
공공 커뮤니케이션 디자인 프로젝트입니다.
우리는 군인권을 추상적 제도나 규범이 아닌,
장병의 일상에서 마주치는 상황과 선택의 문제로 재해석하였습니다.
이를 위해 웹툰, 사례 기반 카드뉴스, 영상, 참여형 공모전 등
다양한 콘텐츠를 하나의 일관된 시각 시스템으로 설계하고,
기획부터 제작, 운영, 성과 분석까지 전 과정을 수행하였습니다.
특히 실제 사례를 수집해 재가공하고,
콘텐츠를 순환적으로 확장하는 구조를 통해
완성도와 지속가능성을 동시에 확보하였습니다.
이를 통해 잘 만들어진 콘텐츠가 오래 활용되며
군 인권 문화를 축적할 수 있음을 디자인으로 증명하고자 하였습니다.
단발성 홍보에 그치지 않고,
장병 참여와 피드백을 반영한 구조를 설계함으로써
제도가 기억되고 스스로 찾아지도록 하였습니다.
이는 디자인이 사회적 제도와 만날 때 발휘될 수 있는 역할과 가능성을 보여주며,
공공성과 디자인의 접점을 확장한 프로젝트입니다.
