This building is a residential building located in Seoul. The purpose is to implement landmark through specialization of major viewing point sections, and to overcome the unfavorable situation divided into 3 blocks, the direction of integrating the entire block through strong design elements. The design strategy accordingly is 3-directions. A differentiated integrated design look is presented through Geometric Unified of plaid pattern using Essence of Architecture, Vertical Flow symbolizing, Differentiate by Contrasting. The public space design focused on maximizing the sense of spatial immersion and visibility using horizontal patterns.

이 건축물은 서울에 위치한 주거 용도의 '래미안 원 페를라'입니다. 단지 주변의 주요 조망점 내 특화를 통해 아이코닉한 랜드마크를 구현하고, 강렬한 형태의 디자인 요소를 활용한 통합 디자인으로 3개의 블록으로 나누어진 불리한 단지 상황을 극복하고자 했습니다. 이에 따른 디자인 전략은 3가지 입니다. 건축의 본질적인 요소들을 활용한 격자 형태의 기하학적 통합, 수직적 흐름의 상징, 다양한 요소의 대비를 통해 차별화된 통합 디자인 룩을 선보입니다. 공용 공간 디자인은 가로 패턴을 적극적으로 활용해 공간 몰입감과 시인성을 극대화하는 데 중점을 두었습니다.
