The core concept of this project is to create a residential environment that offers psychological stability between movement and pause. A restrained grayscale palette creates a calm atmosphere that meets occupants’ needs for privacy and emotional comfort. A box serves as the key structural element, integrating storage, circulation, and spatial definition. A central island becomes the core of daily interaction. At night, the space transforms into a private, understated lounge bar. The secondary bedroom is redefined as a flexible multi-purpose space. The design also reduces maintenance requirements and extends the residence's lifecycle value.

在全球化旅居與數位工作盛行的時代，本案回應「移動生活中的安定感」需求，在於於移動與停留之間，建立一個具備精神安定性的居住場域。設計以灰階作為主要空間語彙，藉由介於明暗之間的中性調性，形塑內斂、沉靜且具有包覆感的居住氛圍，回應居者對隱私、節奏與心理安放的需求。在空間規劃上，透過一座多功能「盒體」作為平面與立面的關鍵結構元素，整合收納、天花機電、動線轉換與場域界定，同時引導自然採光與通風進入室內，強化空間深度與視覺連續性。公共區域以旋轉配置的中島取代傳統餐桌，使空間機能更貼近當代彈性使用需求，並成為家庭互動與生活儀式的核心節點。夜間透過天花與櫃體量體的整合設計，空間氛圍轉換為私密而內斂的 lounge bar，展現日夜使用模式的可變性。而機能配置上，次要臥室被重新定義為多功能空間，可因應工作、休憩或接待需求，提升有限坪效下的使用彈性與光線流動效率。整體立面以平整、連續的量體語言隱藏必要機能，使視覺回歸純粹的空間秩序。在永續層面，設計透過簡化構成、減少非必要裝飾，降低維護與更新成本，並選用耐久且可長期使用的材料，提升住宅的生命周期價值，以節制設計回應功能、情感與永續三者之間的平衡，提出一種適應現代旅居生活的當代住宅原型。
