Centered on the concept of "rich tranquility," this residence is designed for Wenzhou's highly educated elites who seek a harmonious connection with nature and inner peace. The design redefines spatial boundaries, emphasizing the integration of living spaces with the natural environment. The core strategy focuses on two key aspects: First, enhancing the sense of space. By transforming a first-floor bedroom into a 270° view tea room connected to a south-facing courtyard, the boundary between garden and interior dissolves. Second, crafting authentic living scenarios.

本案以“丰富的安静”为精神内核，专为向往自然与内心宁静的温州高知人群打造。设计打破传统空间界限，注重居住与自然的关系。核心策略聚焦二点：一是强化空间感。通过将一层卧室改造为270°景观茶室，并包入南向庭院，实现园、室一体；采光井与餐厅的开窗设计，引景入室，形成光影流转的呼吸式空间。采用LDKS一体化布局，拆除封闭房间，以开放式茶室、环形动线极致放大尺度感，营造豁然开朗的视觉体验。二是真实场景营造。5.2米挑高地下室化身家庭图书馆与艺术长廊，结合茶室、庭院，构建出阅读、茗茶、聚会的立体生活场景。整体以木、石、棉麻等自然材质为基底，在中性色调中勾勒静谧氛围，让居者在城市繁华中，拥有一处安顿身心的精神栖居地。
