English Taking oriental Siheyuan/Sanheyuan as archetype of the project, the designer applies design techniques such as borrowed scenery, virtual and reality, sparse and dense and symbolizations, transforming the space to a place where people can return to peaceful refined lifestyle and enjoy relaxed poetic home life. The main courtyard is constructed and opened up with a small-to-large view. Pathway is implemented with garden design technique to extend the walking distance in limited space. As for the swimming pool area, imagery transformation design technique is used.
Native 以東方合院意象為設計原型,以借景、虛實、疏密及象徵等設計手法,將都會空間轉換為現代人回歸雅士生活的寄託場域,為都市深處裡一處清雅悠然、回歸詩意的家屋生活。基地三側臨路造成人行及車行快速川流的狀況,透過視覺的適當遮蔽與導引,搭配錯落的景觀點與植物色彩搭配,讓行走過程略有蜿蜒卻不覺無趣。其中南側為店舖入口區以洗鍊且沉穩的灰黑色系地坪做場域的基質,以黃花風鈴木、矮仙丹及金露花,營造出繽紛自然色彩,溫潤了店鋪前庭的時尚感受,營造出優雅、沉穩的高質感調性的街區質感。 西側臨路側建築量體則為友善都會空間採大面積退縮開放空間配置,因此在景觀設計上,導入線性綠色人行步道,分別植入寓意著頑強生命力、長壽吉祥的樟樹,象徵鬱鬱蔥蔥、堅忍不拔的羅漢松,象徵崇高美好、富貴吉祥的桂花為端景,並以綠意盎然的灌木,以律動曲線的姿態分布於底層,讓行者在這充滿綠色氛圍的場域中,感受到獨特清新的自然香氣。北側臨路處則採以黃花風鈴木及樟樹之雙層列植方式,設置觀景水景為前景,象徵窗花意象的造型欄杆圍籬為背景,營造出林蔭步道區的愜意生活休憩場域與空間的廣度。 隨著線性動線引道,來到北側社區入口區,印入眼簾的寂靜無邊際迎賓池,更是意味著合院家屋裡半月池(泮池)的象徵,有著高中科甲入泮為官的隱喻,而池上點綴的極簡景石,寂靜倒映於池上,輔以奢華內斂的入口玄關鋪面,創造出場域的現代詩意廣度與豐富度。
