English	A client is a young company with creative and differentiated business areas and technologies such as augmented reality and AI. The project aimed to reconstruct the existing old facade to capture the identity of a creative company while realizing a shape that can become a local icon. The light and bright metal panel facade newly added on the dark and heavy existing stone panel is reconstructed into an optical art image and expresses an enterprising image toward the city. The layers of information and panels and gaps from various angles that advocate the speed of innovation are stacked on the facade to arouse curiosity in the distant view.
Native	클라이언트는 증강현실, AI와 같은 창의적이고 차별화된 사업영역과 기술을 보유한 젊은 기업이다. 조직을 확장하면서 건물을 매입하였지만, 낡고 오래된 사옥은 혁신이라는 회사의 이미지와 부합되지 않는 문제를 가지고 있다. 프로젝트는 기존의 낡은 파사드를 새롭게 재구성하여 창조적인 기업의 아이덴티티를 담아내는 동시에 지역의 아이콘이 될 수 있는 형상을 구현하는 부분에 목표를 두었다. 어둡고 무거운 기존의 석재패널 위에 새롭게 덧입혀진 가볍고 밝은 금속패널의 파사드는 옵티컬 아트적인 이미지로 재구성되어 진취적인 이미지를 도시를 향해 발현시킨다. 정보의 지층, 혁신의 속도를 표방하는 다양한 각도의 패널과 틈들은 파사드에 켜켜히 적층되어 원경에서 호기심을 불러일으키게 된다. 반면, 가까이서 느낄 수 있는 세밀한 타공의 패턴과 그림자는 이동 중인 보행자의 다양한 시점을 통해 다채로운 깊이와 움직임의 착시를 부여한다. 동시에 세밀하게 가공된 패널에 드리워진 빛과 그림자는 시간의 흐름에 따라 시시각각 변화되는 모습으로 기존파사드에 응축되어, 깊이와 표면이 어우러진 하나의 시적인 풍경을 연출할 것이다.
