English	In a concert hall full of spectators, the crowd can be easily reached an excitement. Due to the heightened atmosphere, safety accidents often occurred. Just pulling down the handle, you can send a signal for rescue on behalf of someone embarrassed by the sudden accident. When the handle pulled down, the built-in helium gas is injected into the balloon at high speed, and it swells. The balloon rises above the top of the concert hall or the stadium, and acts as a visual rescue signal.
Native	[배경] 사람들이 가득 찬 경기장 또는 공연장에서 관중들은 극도의 흥분 상태에 이르게 되는 경우가 있습니다. 고조된 분위기로 인해 심장마비 또는 안전사고가 빈번히 발생하기도 하는데, 이런 상황에 대비하여 배치된 안전 요원들은 많은 관중 속 응급 상황에 처한 환자의 위치를 찾는데 어려움을 겪습니다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 관중들이 앉는 의자에 팩을 내장하여 손잡이를 당기기만 하면 머리 위로 떠오르는 구조 신호를 보낼 수 있는 제품을 제안합니다. [제품 설명] 갑작스러운 사고 발생으로 당황한 사용자에게 단순한 실행 단계의 제공으로, 트리거인 손잡이를 힘껏 당겨 뽑기만 하면 됩니다. 손잡이가 작동하면, 내장된 헬륨 가스는 호스를 통해 풍선에 빠른 속도로 주입하여 부풀어 오르게 만듭니다. 부풀어 오른 풍선은 많은 관중들 머리 위로 떠올라 시각적 구조 신호로서 역할을 하게 됩니다.
