Nestled on Ganghwa Island, this site transforms an aged and ruined Hanok into a blend of traditional structure and modern design. Offering contemporary comfort amid timeless beauty, the layout smartly separates communal and private spaces. The central courtyard, shaped like 'ㅁ', features a mini pool for added flair. Committed to preserving and evolving Hanoks with modern conveniences, 'Ganghwa Stay' embodies nature, culture, and comfort, promising an unforgettable lodging experience.

인천 강화도에 위치 한 이 곳은 오래 된 폐허 한옥으로, 전통 한옥 구조를 실용적인 디자인과 요소를 접목 시켜 방문객들에게 현대적인 편의성을 제공하면서도 전통적인 아름다움을 전달합니다. 주 공간인 공용부와, 프라이버시 공간인 침실부를 분리 시킨 레이아웃으로, 각 공간 마다의 목적성과 활용성을 뚜렷하게 가지고 있습니다. 한옥의 전통 구조인 ‘ㅁ’자 구조의 중앙 부분인 중정에는 미니 풀장을 계획하여 공간의 재미있는 디자인 요소와 모두가 즐길 수 있는 프로그램을 추가 하였습니다. 우리는 점점 자취를 감춰가는 전통 한옥의 개발과 보존에 관심을 가지고 있으며, 현대적인 편리함의 요소를 더하여 많은 사람들이 불편함 없이 이 곳에 녹아 들게 하고, 한옥에 대한 관심을 이끌어내는 것에 앞서 나가고 있습니다. 자연과 문화, 편안함과 실용성, 따뜻함과 아름다움이 공존하는 ‘강화도 스테이’는 특별한 숙박 체험을 통해 방문객들에게 기억에 남는 추억을 선사할 것 입니다.
