English	The overall use of neutral tone as warm gray and milk tea color, with wood and gray glass, coordinates the soothing color, and shows the warm calm texture. Without the obstruction of stairs, the front and rear spaces and lighting can be connected, strengthening the depth advantage of the narrow layout and improving the maximum use of space. The design of the patio allows each floor to get bright lighting, and the advantage of the patio and the stairs side by side can also allow the light to flow along the stairs from up to down, effectively compensating for the lack of light in the narrow street house.
Native	這間4層樓的老屋座落於充滿歷史韻味的街道，周遭環繞常見的街屋聚落。受到日式工業風格的啟發，外牆褪去老舊磁磚，重新以塗料鋪陳，展現原生自然的質感，並利用鐵件窗框、灰色玻璃勾勒簡約輪廓，簡潔俐落的調性能藏入周遭街景，又隱約突顯與眾不同的風采。 而室內格局全然推翻重整，並精心策劃樓梯與天井位置，將橫向樓梯改為縱向，一旁同時開設天井。少了樓梯的妨礙，前後空間和採光得以串聯，強化長型格局的縱深優勢，提高空間使用的最大限度。而天井的設計則能讓每層樓都獲得明亮採光，同時天井與樓梯並排的優勢，也能讓光線沿著樓梯上下流洩，有效彌補長型街屋光線不足的問題。頂樓更裝設通風設備減少熱氣聚積、強化空氣對流。在尺度上則巧妙運用天井四周的剩餘空間，精密安排櫃體尺寸，達到最大化的空間坪效。 受到後疫情時代的影響，一樓安排圓形洗手台，回家能方便隨時清潔；而地面也貼心增設無障礙坡道，能因應未來長輩的輪椅需求。二樓則特意將廚房安排與樓梯相鄰，有效縮減家務動線。樓梯側面嵌入整面灰玻，既能當作扶手，有效保障家人安全，通透的設計也維持空間光線與視線的流動性。
