Ajinomoto's Taiwan office in Zhongshan’s prime business area reflects “wabi-sabi” aesthetics, featuring an 8-meter-high atrium, sustainable lighting, and human-centered design for productivity. The hexagonal, free-address layout supports flexible workspaces, with soundproof phone booths for privacy. A unique catwalk integrates air and lighting systems and provides relaxation spots. Spanning two floors, the 10th is dedicated to meetings, while the 11th houses executive and team areas. A signature spiral staircase enhances spatial flow, with mezzanine spaces for fitness, inviting staff to “step out” and recharge.

台灣味之素辦公室位於台北中山商辦區，以「侘寂」美學為設計理念，展現日式優雅。設計重點包含八米挑高空間、節能照明、靈活的OA配置及友善的人體工學，適應Work From Home需求。辦公區採用無固定座位的正六邊型佈局，並設有三間隔音電話亭，提升隱私並降低噪音，同時劃分辦公與交誼空間。兩層樓採分區設計，10樓為會議區，11樓則是主管及業務辦公區。全室的旋轉樓梯為設計亮點，貓道與健身區位於閣樓，讓員工在工作中能夠「跳出來、換個角度」，提升身心健康及空間使用效率。此案設計關注美學與機能之外，細節也延伸到空間使用者與維修人員的人性關懷。全室以劇場貓道的形式逐牆虛劃垂直空間，貓道不僅是員工日常休憩俯瞰放鬆的駐點，同時整合空調換氣調節與照明系統的機能性管線配置，更是日後機電系統維修作業的安全平台。企業主的品牌精神是為食物增添風味、改善健康並提高生活質量。空間是生命與感知的容器，本案設計也藉著人體工學尺度，創造出空間旋律，打造美好、友善、高質量、有滋味的美好空間。
