The site is located in a residential area near the main road in Matsuyama City. The building shape is closed to the outside, because there are two roads, north and west, and there is a lot of traffic. A large window for daylighting was installed on the south side to allow the light to shine deep into the room, creating a beautiful contrast between the tiles on the wall and the light. We planned to make the LDK and bedroom into a single space without walls to make it visually spacious, and to put in favorite furniture to make it a more attractive space.

松山市の幹線道路付近の住宅街に敷地は位置する。北と西の2方道路があり車の往来が多いため、外部に対してはクローズの建物形状とした。素材の違う黒色を配色することにより単調な壁面になることを避け、建物形状に段をつけることで街並みに対して圧迫感がすくないようにした。内部はキッチンを建物面と45度ずらすことでリビングに入ってきたときの広がりをもたし、水周りとリビングで回遊できるような動線計画とした。南面に採光のための大きな窓を設置し室内の奥まで光が注ぐようにし、壁一面のタイルと光の美しいコントラストが出るようにした。LDKと寝室を壁のないひとつの空間にすることで視覚的に広がりをもたせるようし、お気に入りの家具を置くことでより魅力的な空間となるように計画した。
