English The facade of the building extends along the highway to Xinxing Street. This block is a retail distribution center for the traditional metal processing industry. It is adjacent to Toutiancuo and mixed with materials, a sense of history, full of dynamics and a sense of time; the building has opened windows and changed exterior wall materials, this image is mixed and distorted.
Native 本案建築開窗、外牆面材轉換了此一意象混構而錯動,騎樓材料也尋求地區色感的協調性,社區入口沿次動線新興街退縮,公共空間不僅求視覺性,也尋求使用者行為的融合,空間組構是與庭院來回推敲融合的結果,所有房間圍繞庭院而生,機能也是依此心裡序列演繹而出,並非地產歸納需求的觀點;韓國建築師Hyunjoon Yoo曾說,”庭院公園與綠地如同萬有引力,感受力的量與距離平方成反比”也就是說:坐在1m距離的10坪庭院旁,親近自然的感覺不亞於距離紐約中央公園200m的街廓中,在塩埕序,我們透過基地分析開始的條件,製造公共空間對庭院最親近的距離。推開騎樓下的門,迎入眼際的川堂不是迎向眺空而是迎向後院的微光,我們希望端景庭園可以緩和並參與訪客與住戶的接觸,不刻意阻絕的圍牆帶來水平的穩定,後巷鄰里感若遠若近;木質隔門看似高聳開闊實則隱約地搭建了客廳的溫暖質地,客廳既如同大堂般迎接又如同茶室是可以暫留、迎送;可以高大舒緩開展也可以是久坐對談的私密舒適區域。轉換自燈籠的布質吊燈散發出溫暖微光喚起印象中街道華燈初上的印象並融入街道,石材組構穩固靜謐同時流動延伸貫穿至後院書廊,幾處轉折半掩而後通達庭院。
