On the first floor, there is a walking deck road where you can walk comfortably and a rest area where you can sit at an outdoor table. It is designed to enjoy the four seasons passing by while looking at the view, and at night, subtle lights that resemble constellations are arranged to create a mysterious. In addition, suitable ramps and safety handles are applied so that everyone can use them without difficulty. It is reminiscent of a small recreational forest in the city, providing residents with a space to heal for a while.

강남권 프리미엄 서초 그랑 자이에 걸맞은 스카이 데크는 축구장 2.5배 크기의 공원인 엘리시안 야드를 아우르고 있다. 1층에는 편하게 거닐 수 있는 산책 데크 길과 야외 테이블에 앉아 쉴 수 있는 휴게 공간을 갖추었다. 전망을 바라보며 지나가는 사계절을 즐길 수 있도록 구성하였으며, 밤에는 별자리를 닮은 듯한 은은한 조명을 배치하여 신비롭고 광활한 공간을 연출하였다. 또한 모든 이가 이용 가능하도록 적합한 경사로와 안전 손잡이를 적용하여 무리하지 않고 이용 가능하다. 2층에는 단지 내 전망과 G파고라와 연계되어 갈 수 있도록 동선을 설계였다. 내추럴한 곡선을 띈 전체적인 형태는 경관과 동화를 이루었다. 도시 속 작은 휴양림을 연상케 하여 입주민들에게 잠시나마 힐링할 수 있는 공간을 선사한다.
