It transcends typical model house by emphasizing brand interaction. The Penthouse features terraces with views of the Han River, and Ilsan Lake, and is adorned with luxury brands. A Hyper Living System adjusts light to match daily rhythms, with controls available via app or remote in the lounge and unit interiors. Passage de Lroe draws inspiration from Parisian shopping arcades. The Lroe Pop-up Gallery delivers a distinctive and engaging brand experience, blending high-end living with artistic retail spaces.
Native	엘로이 팝업 갤러리는 하이엔드 주거공간 엘로이 펜트하우스와 상업시설 파사쥬 드 엘로이의 공간 경험을 재현합니다. 단순히 세대 내부를 보여주는 모델하우스의 역할을 넘어, 방문자가 엘로이의 고유한 라이프 스타일을 체험할 수 있도록 합니다. 최상층의 엘로이 펜트하우스는 개별 테라스에서 한강과 일산호수, 북한산까지의 서라운드 전망을 제공하며 Elmar, MisuraEmme 등의 하이엔드 인테리어 브랜드로 구성되어 더 높은 수준의 하이플로어, 하이라이프를 완성합니다. 아침, 점심, 저녁의 생체 리듬에 맞춰 조도와 색온도를 조절할 수 있는 하이퍼리빙 시스템이 적용되었고, 팝업 갤러리의 라운지바와 유니트 내부에서도 앱이나 리모컨을 이용해 공간 분위기에 알맞은 조도와 색온도의 변화를 경험할 수 있습니다. 파사쥬 드 엘로이의 파사쥬는 프랑스 파리의 쇼핑 아케이드 공간으로, 천장이 있어 계절과 날씨에 관계없이 낭만적인 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있습니다. 파사쥬의 아치형태와 어닝 디자인을 반영한 파사드 프레임을 상가 축소 모형과 함께 배치하여 파사쥬 드 엘로이의 분위기를 느낄 수 있습니다. 이러한 공간을 통해 엘로이 팝업 갤러리는 소비자에게 재밌고 독특한 브랜드 경험을 제공합니다.
