English	Geumjeong means a golden well. It’s named after the stone well which can be found on the way to the summit of Mt. Geumjeong. The well is famous for being never dry even when drought hits. We wanted to bring the well into Geumjeong Mount Spring by building the large pond in the circular place as a symbol and ecological implementation of the region’s historical and cultural element. We layered rocks to express the rough mountain terrain and built the fountain and used mist. The slope is built along the outline of the circle and there are the resting spaces. We planned ecological continuity by planting pine trees and 10 more wild plants.
Native	금정 마운트 스프링은 부산을 대표하는 금정산 자락에 위치한 공간입니다. 금정이라는 지명의 유래는 금정산 정상으로 가는 길에 있는 금정(金井, 금빛우물)이라는 돌우물에서 유래되었습니다. 금정은 가뭄이 들어도 1년 내내 물이 고여 있는 곳으로 알려져 많은 지역 주민들이 찾아오는 명소입니다. 금정 마운트 스프링은 이러한 지역의 역사문화적 요소를 생태적 공간으로 구현하였습니다. 원형 형태의 공간 내부에는 대형 연못을 만들어 1년 내내 마르지 않는 금정산의 금정을 재해석 하여 상징적으로 연출하였습니다. 켜켜이 쌓인 돌은 금정산의 거친 산세를 나타내며, 솟아오르는 물과 자욱한 안개를 통해 금정산의 자연요소를 더욱 극적으로 표현하였습니다. 원형의 공간 가장자리를 따라서 경사진 나선형 티하우스를 조성하여 공간을 에워싸고, 티하우스의 지붕을 따라 산책하면서 마치 산을 등반하는 느낌을 재현하였습니다. 산책코스의 끝에는 하부를 내려다보며 조망하는 휴게공간을 조성하여 내부의 연못을 바라볼 수 있도록 계획하였습니다. 산책코스는 모든 사람이 이용 가능하도록 적합한 경사로와 안전 손잡이를 적용하여 안전하게 이용 가능합니다. 또한, 금정산을 대표하는 소나무, 느티나무 및 10여종 이상의 자생식물들을 식재하여 생태적 연속성을 가질 수 있도록 조성하였습니다.
