Tainan, a historic city with 400 years of heritage, adopts “Vibrant Youth” as the core spirit of the 2025 Tainan National High School Games, injecting ageless energy into this ancient capital and inviting Taiwan’s most promising young athletes to stand together at the starting line of glory.
The logo transforms the character 「南」 (nan, “south,” for Tainan) into a forward-running sprite, symbolizing bold, energetic youth. The mascot is inspired by Tainan’s coastal landform “Kunshen,” whose shape recalls a whale leaping from the sea, reimagined as a lively, distinctive character that presents Tainan as an open, youthful and vibrant host city.

臺南是臺灣蘊含四百年歷史的文化古都，一路台灣島嶼發展的脈動。2025 臺南全國中等學校運動會以「精彩青春」作為核心精神，在富有文化與歷史的城市肌理中，注入超逆齡的動感與朝氣，讓傳統與現代、歷史與運動在同一時空交會，陪伴台灣最具潛力的運動青年一同站上榮耀的起點，將屬於這一世代的青春印記留在臺南。
視覺設計延伸此的精神，標誌將代表臺南的「南」字轉化為向前奔馳的小精靈，以具動感的姿態展現選手勇往直前、不畏挑戰的運動精神，也寓意城市持續推進的能量。吉祥物則取材自臺南沿海具象徵性的「鯤鯓」地形，遠觀如同一隻從海面躍起的鯨魚，以擬人化設計塑造活潑、具親和力與極具辨識度的角色，展現臺南以開放、多元、青春、活力的城市姿態迎接全中運，也邀請全國師生與市民，在運動與文化交織的盛會中，共同見證古都開啟的精彩新篇章。
