DU AP CHINA is one of seven members of Deloitte University global network. The design incorporates four key concepts: technology, sustainability, local culture and industrial memory of the original site. This integration creates a world-class green and intelligent educational base for the future.
Stepping into DU AP China is like entering a sci-fi space station. The large lantern and the steps below form the HUB. The "Magnetic Wall" and the "Tree of Cultural & Values" highlight the Smart Green Campus.
The Learning Space includes over 40 independent classrooms with flexible furniture, supporting various learning scenarios.

德勤书院是“德勤大学”全球七大校区之一， 坐落于北京怀柔区长城脚下、雁栖湖畔。设计围绕四个核心理念展开：未来科技感、绿色可持续、扎根本土文化和提炼工业风原址记忆，呈现出一座面向未来的世界级绿色智慧教学基地。
踏入德勤书院，仿佛进入了一个充满科幻色彩的太空站。大灯笼以及下方的大台阶，构成一个汇聚腾飞的整体，也是宇宙空间的能量交汇点。历史长廊之上的“磁力墙”和尽端的“智慧树”，是智慧绿色校园一个广阔展示面和一个聚焦点的结合。
穿过“磁力墙”是通往40多个协作教室的时空隧道。这些教室是德勤书院进行现场系统化学习的主要空间。
在中庭区域，一条条空中步道引领学员们穿梭于不同的功能区块之间，享受学习与交流的自然流动。
德勤书院是一个与传统教育培训机构完全不同的机构。它的使命不仅在于传授知识和技能，更重要的是激发学员的潜力，宣扬企业文化，并展示具有前瞻性的先进领导力。设计紧紧围绕这样的理念，创造出令人激动的空间环境。在这里，学员不仅仅是被动地接受知识，更是被激励和引导去探索自己的潜力和可能性。
