The Dawn reimagines modern minimalism as an urban oasis, where thoughtfully selected materials and colors create a stark contrast to the city's intensity. The 150m² apartment transitions from a three-bedroom layout into a contemplative two-bedroom haven, where rounded ceiling corners and recessed lighting soften architectural boundaries. Natural materials—oak flooring, soft beige stone, and light grey micro-cement—compose a harmonious palette that washes away urban stress. Hidden sliding glass panels reveal an oak-clad balcony, while a round dining table anchors the space, embodying serenity and family connection amid metropolitan life.
