The idea of its design was taken from the US steak and smokehouses, and as a result of the first phase research team, the research team decided to use wood and leather with dark colors such as black and green, along with the gold and rose gold was taken with a warm and light luxury light. The Characteristics of the design are 6 large suspended chandeliers which consist of 1200 handmade anodized steel. As well as the 9 meters counter, which is covered by a 275 centimeters umbrella which consists of beautiful and different bottles, without any support cover the counter.

ایده طراحی کافه روبل از استیک و دودخانه های ایالات متحده گرفته شده است و تیم تحقیقاتی در مرحله اول ، تصمیم گرفت که از چوب و چرم با رنگ های تیره مانند سیاه و سبز ، همراه با طلای زرد و رز استفاده کند. کاراکتر طراحی 6 لوستر عظیم و معلق ، از 1200 استیل آنودایز دست ساز تشکیل شده است. همچنین پیشخوان 9 متری ، توسط یک چتر 275 سانتی متری با بطری های زیبا و متفاوت احاطه شده که زیبایی منحصر به فردی به فضا می بخشد.
