I held a leading role in the BUD Project from the startup phase, responsible for milestone management, schedule management, and brand development. To raise awareness, I planned and managed the "BOSAI Logo Contest," overseeing design, PR, jury selection, and the large final event for 1,000 participants (venue and stage supervision were planned but unexecuted due to a typhoon). A major deliverable was the production of the BOSAI Notebook, a pictogram-centered communication handbook distributed at Expo 2025. It was designed to assist emergency staff in communicating with non-Japanese speakers using minimal text.

BUD (BOSAI Universal Design) プロジェクトの立ち上げ段階から中核的な役割を担い、デザイン支援とブランド構築をリードしました。プロジェクト全体では、マイルストーンおよびスケジュール管理からブランディングデザインに至るまで、その進行を主導しました。万博を見据えた防災意識向上のため、「BOSAI ロゴコンペティション」の開催を決定し、コンペ設計、プレスリリース、SNS展開、審査員選定、審査方法まで一連を統括。また、ロゴコンペの最終審査を含む大規模イベント（参加者約1,000人）の企画・運営も担当し、会場選定、ステージデザイン、サイン計画、全体アートディレクションを手がけました。主要な成果物として、大阪・関西万博2025で配布された「BOSAI手帳」を制作しました。これは救護・防災スタッフが携帯する、日本語非ネイティブの方とのコミュニケーションを支援するためのハンドブックです。デザインは文字情報を最小限に抑え、ピクトグラムなどの視覚情報を主軸としています。
