At first glance, this house has a simple, refined, single-story appearance but it also has a clever two-story structure, making it a very attractive design. The exterior creates a calm atmosphere, while once inside the house, the open floor plan allows light and air to pass through comfortably. While ensuring private space for all family members, the house is designed in such a way that each floor and each room is connected, so that family members can always feel close to each other, making the whole family feel comfortable.

この住宅は一見するとシンプルで洗練された平屋の佇まいを見せながら二階建てという巧みな構造を隠し持つ魅力的なデザインが特徴です。外観は落ち着いた雰囲気を醸し出しつつ内部に一歩足を踏み入れると開放的な間取りが広がり光と風が心地よく巡る空間が広がります。家族の存在を常に身近に感じられるよう各フロアや部屋が緩やかに繋がる工夫が施されています。例えばリビングから吹き抜けを通じて二階へ視線が届く設計やプライベートな空間でありながらも家族の気配を感じられる窓や仕切りの配置などどこにいても安心感とつながりを感じられる設計が特徴です。また居住空間だけでなく収納や動線にも配慮し日常の暮らしをスムーズにする工夫が満載です。家族全員の心地よさを最優先に考え機能性とデザインを両立させた住宅です。
