“Giving You the Universe” reimagines the rare moment of a rocket launch through LUUX, Korea’s largest curved digital signage in Gwanghwamun. The screen’s towering vertical form amplifies the rocket’s ascent for an immersive liftoff experience. Designed to align the trajectory with LUUX’s structure, the content delivers an overwhelming yet intimate moment. The closing phrase, “Your star is always there,” adds quiet emotional resonance. Blending technical precision, sculptural depth, and narrative warmth, the project highlights the expanded creative potential of K-culture media art.

<너에게 우주를 줄게>는 일상에서는 좀처럼 접하기 어려운 우주선 발사 순간을, 도심 한복판의 초대형 디지털 사이니지를 통해 현실감 있게 재해석한 채널A 브랜딩 DOOH 프로젝트다. 광화문 사거리에 위치한 LUUX는 국내 최대 규모의 곡면 디지털 사이니지로, 특히 세로로 길게 뻗은 구조가 강한 상향 시선을 유도하며 몰입감을 극대화한다. 우리는 이 독특한 스케일과 비율에 착안해 위로 솟구치는 ‘우주선’의 수직적 운동감을 LUUX의 구조와 정교하게 일치시키는 방향으로 콘텐츠를 설계했다. 화면 하단에서 천정으로 솟아오르듯 움직이는 로켓의 궤적은 세로형 스크린의 장점을 극대화하며, 관람자에게 실제 발사 장면을 마주한 듯한 압도적 체험을 제공한다. 동시에 “너의 별은 언제나 그 자리에 있어”라는 문구를 엔딩에 함께 배치해, 장대한 스케일 속에서도 개인에게 속삭이는 듯 따뜻한 메시지를 전달하고, 바쁜 일상 속에서도 잠시 고개를 들어 하늘을 바라보게 만드는 감성적 여운을 남겼다. 본 프로젝트는 기술적 연출, 조형적 완성도, 감성적 메시지를 유기적으로 결합하며, 도시 미디어아트가 지닐 수 있는 확장된 표현 가능성을 보여주는 K-컬처 기반의 새로운 시도다.
