I gave the plainness (Lao-tzu’s idleness naturalism), but at the same time, gave a sense of depth to create the visual immersion to the outside of the building, and made this a vehicle that leads a long scene inside. The second space facing according to the richness and depth was directed in four scenes, allowing visitors to contemplate and feel various emotions through the harmony of opening and closing, and dynamic and static, and is also given the properties able to embrace warmth even with shade light, using natural materials such as lacquered Korean paper and hemp cloth.

외부는 졸박미를 갖게 하되 깊이감을 주어 시각적인 몰입감을 갖게 하고, 이는 내부로 이어진 긴 장면을 이끄는 매개가 되도록 했다. 처음 마주하는 공간은 커피에 대한 오리지널리티를 추구하는 클라이언트의 생각을 담아 에스프레소와 로스팅실을 배치하여 커피에 대한 진정성의 표상을 짙고 깊음으로 발현되도록 했다. 짙고 깊음을 따라 마주하는 두 번째 공간은 4개의 장면으로 연출되어 열림과 닫힘, 동적인 것과 정적인 것의 조화를 통해 다양한 감정을 느끼며 관조할 수 있도록 했고, 옻칠 한지와 삼베 등 자연적인 소재를 입혀 그늘진 빛으로도 온기를 품을 수 있는 물성을 부여했다. 시대의 기조를 따라 미적 사유들이 모여 만들어지는 하나의 미학처럼, 이 브랜드가 현대의 한국 커피 미학이 발현되는 하나의 기점이 되었으면 한다.
