Focused on nature, wellness and balance, this brand identity targets discerning guests seeking renewal. The Chinese name “大境璞食” evokes vastness, purity and essence. The logo, inspired by the character 「大」, blends a human figure with flowing lines suggesting aroma and landscape. Minimal brushstrokes balance tradition and clarity, while scarlet red and deep indigo symbolize vitality and calm. Through rituals, seasonal menus and sensory design, Dai Jin Omakase turns this philosophy into a plant-based dining journey.
