Because of the earthquake will appear many patients with crush syndrome. Due to being buried under the rubble for a long time, the injured muscles (especially the legs) are often crushed in the earthquake.A quick-applied fracture/injury balloon immobilization bandage that can be easily worn around the injured limb. Use air pressure to stabilize the limb and prevent it from further injury. By reducing the distance between the four internal fixation plates by pressurizing the air bag, the function of fixing the fracture of the patient is realized, which protects the injured part and avoids secondary damage.

지진 후에 구조된 수많은 부상장들이 압궤증후군이 나왔다. 장시간 폐허 하에 매물되어 지진으로 부상된 근육(특히 다리)이 압궤 경우가 많다.구조된 전에는 부상자 몸 위에 있는 별돌이나 기와가 지혈대 역할을 하여 혈액이 부상 조직으로 들어가는 것을 막았지만,구조 받은 후에 생명이 이미 없어진 조직으로 신속하게 들어간 혈액이 신장으로 침투하여 신체에 비가역적인 손상을 일으키고 신부전을 유발하였다.고절/부상에 쾌속한 적용이 가능한 에어백 고정 붕대는 부상된 지체 주위를 쉽게 착용할 수 있다. 기압을 이용하여 지체를 고정하면서 더이상 손상을 막을 수 있다. 에어백 가압을 통하여 4개의 내부 고정판 사이의 거리를 줄이는 것으로 환자의 고절 부위를 고정하고 부상처를 보호하며 2차 손상을 피한다.
